Socotra Beekiping
On your way to Detwah you can visit a small apiary to see Socotra’s bees making their unique honey.
You can buy especially collected honey in Hadiboh, but crude honey is also rather tasty. Aloe honey is my favourite.
Opposite the apiary there is a sea-cliff on the brink of which ancient Socotrans were producing salt.
