Weekend in Socotra

On weekends we usually go with an overnight stay in the bay Shuab where you can catch fish and cook an excellent fish dinner.

Here you can meet many turtles crawling onto beach at night between June and July.

These beautiful beaches are accessible only by boat. It is not possible to get here by car.

 
Faling Cape

This beautiful place has recently became available for visitors by a new road. Here you can have a good fishing and see dolphins very often. This beautiful beach can be reached by a boat from Erissel.

 
Ras Erissel - the eastern cape of Socotra

It is one of the best beaches on Socotra. If you come here at sunrise, you'll be rewarded by excellent photos.

 
Indian Ocean in Aomak

The south coast of the Indian Ocean is one of the places worth staying for overnight. You can do that in the Aomak camping.

 
Sands of Noget South Coast

You can leave your car on the road and take a walk into the depth of sands. If you come here before a sunset, a soft evening lighting will make this place to look much more beautiful.

 
Delisha Beach

It takes only half an hour to get to Delisha beach from Hadiboh. Tourists usually come here directly from the airport to have a swim and to walk along a big sand-dune.

 
Beach in Shuab Bay

You can get to Shuab Bay by boat from Qalansiyah village. In an hour and a half you will appear in a marvelous place of Socotra far from civilization.

 
NET wild beaches

NET wild beaches are the best place for romantic overnight stops. You can get here by boat of by foot through the mountain ridge from Shuab Bay (it will take you 3 hours).

 
Sand Dunes in Archer

This place is a popular camping site between two big dunes. It is the sand coast of a fresh-water stream flowing out of a cave.
